JOB SUMMARY:
Performs difficult advanced technical work assisting the director in a wide variety of planning, zoning, housing, redevelopment, and related duties as assigned. This position is responsible for project management and administration of a variety of activities within the Community Development Department, including overseeing the Economic Development Commission. Work is performed under the general direction of the Community Development Director.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in urban planning or related field.
Five or more years of progressively responsible public sector work experience in planning and zoning.
