Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders about site and project proposals.
• Evaluate development applications alongside applicants, consultants, and City staff.
• Monitor regional and state planning activities, researching trends in municipal planning.
• Assist in administering zoning, subdivision, and city code regulations.
• Present recommendations to the Planning Commission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in planning or a related field.
• Two years of planning experience (or equivalent education/experience).
• Local government experience preferred.
